Preston Development Company Videos Win International Awards

San Francisco, CA—Two videos of development projects by Cary, North Carolina developer Preston Development Company won top awards in the 16th Annual Videographer Awards, an international competition for film and video production.  The films, “Chatham Park” and “Beaufort East Village”, highlight two major development projects the company is unveiling.  “An amazing group to work with,” said Jon Duncanson, owner of Aviana Productions of San Francisco, which produced the films. “Clearly every project they bring forward is top quality.  Our experience working with them, whether getting access to the right people in the community to interview or going up in helicopters to get the best shots reflects that.”  The two films competed against a field of 1600 other productions and were judged to be in the top 12 percent.
